Because each order is custom-made, please read these terms carefully before placing your order.

How Our Ordering Process Works

At Multan Furniture, we follow a simple and transparent process for all orders. Here's what you need to know about placing an order with us:

Order Placement

You can place your order through our website or by visiting our showroom in Multan. When placing an order, please provide complete details about what you want including design, dimensions, wood type, and any special requirements.
Order Confirmation

Once we receive your order details, we'll discuss everything with you to make sure we understand exactly what you want. We'll confirm the specifications, timeline, and all other details before starting work.
Production Starts

After confirmation and initial payment (if required), our craftsmen will start working on your furniture. We'll keep you updated about the progress during the crafting process.
Completion & Delivery

When your furniture is ready, we'll notify you. You can either pick it up from our showroom or arrange for delivery to your location. Delivery charges will be discussed and agreed upon before we ship.

Please Remember

All orders are considered final once production begins. Since we're creating custom furniture specifically for you, changes become difficult once we start crafting. Please make sure all details are correct during the confirmation stage.

Pricing & Payment Terms

Since each piece of furniture is custom-made, we don't display fixed prices on our website. Pricing depends on the wood type you choose, the complexity of the design, size, and other specifications. We'll provide you with a complete quotation after discussing your requirements.

Production Timeline

Changes & Modifications

Please finalize all details during the confirmation stage. Once production begins, making changes becomes extremely difficult and may delay your order. If changes are absolutely necessary after production starts, additional costs may apply.
Design Approval

For complex custom designs, we may provide sketches or digital previews for your approval before starting production. This ensures we're on the same page about what you'll receive.

Important About Custom Orders

Because we craft furniture specifically for you based on your custom specifications, we cannot accept cancellations or refund requests if you change your mind, once production has started. Please be absolutely sure about your requirements before confirming your order.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

We want your furniture to reach you safely and in perfect condition. Here's what you should know about our delivery service:

Delivery Areas

We deliver throughout Multan and surrounding areas. For deliveries outside our standard service area, please contact us to discuss arrangements and costs.
Delivery Schedule

We'll coordinate with you to schedule a delivery time that works for you. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the furniture and inspect it upon arrival.
Safe Handling

Our delivery team takes great care in transporting your furniture. However, you must inspect the furniture immediately upon delivery and report any damage or issues right away. Claims made after accepting delivery cannot be entertained.
Placement Assistance

Our delivery team will bring the furniture to your specified room and help with basic placement. However, we don't provide installation or assembly services unless specifically agreed upon.

Self-Pickup Option

You're always welcome to pick up your furniture from our showroom in Multan. This saves you delivery charges and lets you inspect the furniture before taking it home. Just let us know when you'd like to collect your order.

Quality Inspection

Before delivery, each piece of furniture goes through quality checks to ensure it meets our standards and your specifications. We won't deliver anything we wouldn't be proud to use in our own homes.
Workmanship Issues

If there are any genuine defects in workmanship that we missed during inspection, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, or you can tell us instantly for those who physically visit our workshop and order furniture. We'll fix legitimate workmanship issues at no extra cost to you.

Natural Wood Characteristics

Please understand that wood is a natural material. Slight variations in grain patterns, color tones, and natural marks are normal and add to the unique character of your furniture. These are not considered defects.

Your Responsibilities as a Customer

Accurate Information

Please provide accurate measurements, specifications, and contact information. Errors in the information you provide may affect the final product and cannot be our responsibility.
Stay in Touch

Keep your contact information updated and respond to our calls or messages promptly, especially regarding order confirmations, delivery schedules, or if we need clarification on any details.
Inspect Upon Delivery

When your furniture arrives, please inspect it thoroughly before the delivery team leaves. Check for any damage or issues and report them immediately. Once you accept the delivery, it becomes your responsibility.
Payment Obligations

Please make payments as agreed upon in the payment schedule. If an advance payment is required, we cannot start production until we receive it. Final payment should be made upon delivery or as per agreed terms.

What We Don't Cover

To be completely transparent, here are things that are not covered under our terms:

Change of Mind

Since we create custom furniture specifically for you, we cannot accept cancellations or refunds if you simply change your mind after production begins. Please be certain before confirming your order.
Damage After Delivery

We're not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery is complete (for those who visit workshop physically and place order) and you've accepted the furniture. Please handle and maintain your furniture properly to ensure its longevity, our resposibility is that the wood and other material will be the same as discussed.
Access Issues

If furniture cannot be delivered due to narrow doorways, staircases, or other access issues at your location, you'll need to arrange alternative solutions. We recommend checking access before ordering large pieces.

General Legal Terms

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved according to Pakistani law and within the jurisdiction of courts in Multan.
