At Multan Furniture, we put a lot of care into crafting every single piece, from the wood we select to the finish we apply. We want you to love your furniture the moment it arrives. But life isn't always perfect, and neither is any manufacturing process.

That's why we offer a 14-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered or picked up. If your furniture has a genuine defect, arrived damaged, or isn't what you ordered, we will fix it, replace it, or refund you. No long waits, no runaround.

Please note: because all our furniture is custom-crafted to your order, we are unable to accept returns based on a change of mind. We trust that you will review your order details carefully before confirmation, and our team is always available to help you decide!

Covered: You Can Return

  • Furniture that arrived with a manufacturing defect
  • Visible damage caused during delivery or transit
  • Wrong item delivered (different from what was ordered)
  • Significant structural issue affecting usability
  • Incorrect dimensions or finish from agreed specs

Not Covered: No Return

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Damage caused after delivery by the customer
  • Normal wear, scratches, or colour fading over time
  • Issues reported after the 14-day window
  • Items returned without prior approval from our team

How to Request a Return

Share Photos of the Issue

Send us clear photos or a short video of the defect or damage. This helps us quickly understand the problem and speeds up the resolution process significantly.

We Review & Confirm

Our team will review your case, usually within 1–2 business days. Once confirmed, we'll approve the return and arrange pickup or drop-off at our Multan showroom.

Repair, Replacement, or Refund

Depending on the situation, we'll either repair the item, replace it with a new one, or issue a full refund. We'll discuss the best option with you before moving forward.

Getting Your Money Back

Refunds: How They Work

Once we receive the returned item and confirm the issue, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be sent via the same method you used to pay: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer.

We'll keep you updated throughout the process. You won't have to wonder what's happening, we'll let you know when the refund is on its way.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. If you paid via JazzCash or EasyPaisa, expect the amount within 5–7 business days. For bank transfers, timing may vary slightly based on your bank's processing time.

A Word About Custom-Made Furniture

Almost everything we make at Multan Furniture is built to order. Your furniture is crafted specifically for you, with your chosen wood, your dimensions, and your design. This means once we begin crafting your piece, we cannot accept it back simply because you've changed your mind.

We strongly recommend reviewing all order details: dimensions, wood type, colour, and design with our team before confirming your order. We're always happy to answer questions, show samples, or suggest alternatives. That's what we're here for.

However, if we made a mistake, delivered the wrong specs, or the item has a genuine defect, that's 100% on us and we will make it right.

Unfortunately, no. Since every piece is custom-made to your order, we can't accept returns based on a change of preference. We encourage you to ask questions, request samples, or visit our showroom before finalising your order, our team is always ready to help.
If your furniture is damaged during delivery, please photograph the damage before accepting or unpacking the item, then contact us on WhatsApp right away. Delivery damage is fully covered under our return policy, we'll arrange a repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.
For customers in Multan, you can drop off the item at our showroom in Writers Colony, Mominabad. For other locations, please contact us and we'll discuss the best arrangement. Return transportation logistics will be sorted out during the review step.
Our formal return window is 14 days from delivery. That said, we care about long-term quality. If you encounter a significant structural issue after 14 days, reach out to us anyway, and we'll review each case individually and do our best to help.
